If the original return form is unavailable, simply include your name, address, email, phone number, and order number with your return. The brand respectfully requests that all returns be unworn, unaltered, with original tags, and in a new, unused state. It is important to note that clearance, final sale, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. For complimentary exchanges, Misook will cover the cost of return postage. However, if you decide to send back the item without using the provided return shipping label, you will bear the responsibility for shipping expenses and any loss or damage during transit. Upon receipt, the processing time for returns and exchanges may take up to 10 business days.
